1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the website www.agentova.com (“Agentova”) and all services offered through it, particularly the creation and use of AI Voice Agents for incoming calls.

3. Service Description

Agentova enables users to create an individual German-speaking AI Voice Agent. The service includes features such as appointment booking, knowledge integration, and personalized greeting messages.

After a 7-day free trial period (without providing payment information), a paid subscription is required. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, charges for incoming calls are €0.05 per minute.

4. Registration and Contract Formation

Registration is required to use the service. Users commit to providing truthful information during registration.

5. Payment Terms

The subscription fees depend on the selected plan and are charged monthly in advance. The costs for telephone minutes are charged additionally. Billing is done through the payment methods provided during registration.

6. User Obligations

Users may only use Agentova within the framework of applicable laws and these Terms of Service. Any misuse of the platform is prohibited.

7. Data Protection

The provisions of our Privacy Policy apply. We collect personal data (e.g., name, email address, payment information) as well as non-personal data (e.g., cookies).

8. Changes to the Terms

Agentova reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed about significant changes via email.

9. Termination

Users can cancel their subscription at any time effective at the end of the respective billing period. A refund of already paid fees is excluded.

10. Liability

Agentova is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Further liability is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

11. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
